Having used several different undertakers over the years, this service stood head and shoulders above the rest. Everything felt so personal — David took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and was always available to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. This included Sunday afternoon home visits, turning up on the funeral day in colour coordinated ties to match my husband’s favourite colour, amongst other things . He paid meticulous attention to detail and included personal touches to honour Mum. David even took the time to reach out to us weeks later to see how we were doing on the day we scattered Mum's ashes.
