E. C. Thomas & Son Limited is an independent family funeral directors and memorial masons based at Zoar Chapel Funeral Home, Llanteg, Narberth, Pembrokeshire. Established in 1956 in Pembroke Dock by Mr and Mrs Edward Thomas, the business has served the families of Pembrokeshire for over 60 years, growing into a reputable and recognised company in the local community.
In 2001, Stewart and Elizabeth Treharne took over the business, undertaking professional training with the IFD college. Stewart gained his Certificate in Funeral Practice and the business maintains memberships with the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), the Society of Allied & Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF), and the British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD). The next generation continues this family tradition, with son Daniel now involved in the running of the business.
