As a family, we felt that we received an excellent service in all aspects and were fully supported by Jade during this difficult time. I can highly recommend Exeter and District Funeral Service after they arranged everything when my dad passed away. Jade looked after us brilliantly and with such compassion. She really listened to what we needed and made sure everything was just perfect. Great attention to detail and all done with great compassion, dignity and care. At such a difficult time it was a real comfort to be in the hands of very professional people who cared about getting everything just right.

Jade is kind, understanding and very professional, which made a very sad situation for me a very pleasant experience. She is like a friend at a time I needed to be comforted and I felt reassured that everything would be taken care of. The gentlemen also went the extra mile for me on a couple of things and there were no hidden fees or extra costs involved. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them to everyone wanting to be sure of a well organised, respectful, professional service for themselves or a loved one at a time which is distressing enough, without the worry, as they take care of everything.
