Tara at FFS Headcorn is one in a million, she helped my daughter and I through every step of a daunting journey when I lost my Dad and made everything as easy as it could be during such an emotional event - so much so when I lost my Mum recently there was only one person I wanted taking care of her funeral and that was Tara. She gives great hugs too when you really need them!

We used Family Funeral Service in Headcorn for my dad’s funeral, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly professional, supportive, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they guided us through every step with care and compassion. At a time when you are so emotionally drained and upset, we were all treated with such kindness, my late husband was treated with respect when they came to transport to the chapel of rest. Tara made myself and my son‘s so welcome and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish, always pausing for any questions or if we needed time to think, we weren’t rushed or pressured into anything and helping us to come to the right decision when it all seemed too difficult. Every detail we made was followed on the day of the funeral and having a hug made all the difference. Thank you x
