My daughter’s funeral was held on 21.07.25. This was the last thing I was ever going to do for her and wanted it to be perfect. It wasn’t, they “forgot” her flowers. It made it look like we didn’t care, my granddaughter was distraught that her final tribute to her mum was flawed. This only added to our grief. Professionals??????. It just should NOT have happened.
