Established in 2017 when Gavin Reynolds opened the Fulwell branch, the firm has been built on a foundation of personal responsibility, compassionate care, and a genuine commitment to serving the local community. Gavin Reynolds, the firm's founder and Managing Director, developed a passion for the funeral profession from a young age and worked his way up through the industry, gaining experience in mortuary work, clerical duties, and funeral directing before establishing his own firm. His philosophy is simple: every family is different, and every funeral should reflect the person being remembered. The team takes time to listen, explains all options clearly, and offers honest advice without pressure.
The Fulwell branch offers a comprehensive range of funeral services including unattended cremations, family walkthrough funerals, simple funerals, traditional funeral packages, green and woodland funerals, repatriation, personalised funerals, and children's funerals. A variety of vehicles are available including a Jaguar hearse and limousines, a horse-drawn hearse, a motorcycle hearse, and a three-wheeler hearse, ensuring every farewell can be truly individual.
