Utterly utterly appalling. My lovely mums funeral was wrecked by the laziness and shodiness of Crumps. We arrived at the Crem.As the main mourners we we were called in to say the music we selected was not available. We had to use A mobile phone to play the music. Guests were confused and all walked in to the crem leaving the coffin of our beloved mum outside. No one tried to help us. Her 3 children then went outside to follow a coffin on their own. How disrespectful is that? It is utterly despicable to roll up to a funeral to find that inspite of emails order of service no one has checked pre - service the details. We remain bereft, shortchanged and feel utterly utterly heart broken.

It’s not often I write a review on here, but I really felt I had to after the unexpected death of my father... All the staff at Crump’s were extremely helpful understanding and compassionate and as my dad was a lifelong spiritualist managed to find a spiritualist to officiate at dads funeral ... & went above and beyond to take on all of the worry and stress off the shoulders of me and my sister and the rest of the family. And gave a beautiful and meaningful service on the day which helped family and friends deal with Dads passing
