From first contact with Carshalton branch Theresa to the ceremony lead by Anita. Everything was handled with dignity and great supportive care. Clear explanation and helpful suggestions. We had to arrange our funeral with a tight time frame, and can not thank the Carshalton team, particularly Theresa, for always being available even often on days off and making sure everything happen so perfectly. Our family thanks extended to all at make Gillman, for making our saddest time, bearable and a celebration of our loved ones life.

I would like on behalf of my brother and I and our wider family thank Theresa and Gillmans Funeral Service for the wonderful support and friendly service we were provided with throughout what was a very difficult time in arranging our dad's funeral. Anita was the recommended celebrant, she was fantastic and really helped guide us through the service. The wider team who drove the hearse under Kingsley were very professional. Thank you and the memory box at the end was a beautiful touch.

Theresa was absolutely fantastic, kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. She guided me through every step with such warmth and professionalism, making a very emotional process feel much more manageable. Losing my loved one has been the hardest time of my life, but Theresa was there every step of the way and truly looked after me. Every single thing I asked was handled with the utmost respect and so much compassion. I felt like my husband was in the very best hands and was cared for so beautifully. The Blossom Chapel is a lovely, peaceful space and a perfect place for quiet moments with loved ones. Anita was equally amazing, always on hand to help and ensuring that every detail was handled with care and respect. Her kindness meant a great deal to me. When I handed Anita my tribute to read at the service, her compassion and delivery were incredible. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the room. I can’t thank her enough, as I wasn’t able to stand up and say everything I wanted to, and her professionalism truly shone through. Derek was also wonderful, providing reassurance and support throughout. The calls he made to explain how the day would run and to reassure me meant so much. I would also like to say thank you to Kingsley and to our limo driver (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name). Both drivers were amazing, explaining the route and even slowing down by our local pub as requested. The whole team worked seamlessly together, and it was clear that they genuinely care about the families they support. I would highly recommend Gillman Funeral Service to anyone in need of their services. They went above and beyond for me and my family, and I am so grateful they listened to my every wish and gave my amazing husband the best send-off. I am still receiving messages from people saying how wonderful the day was and that was down to Theresa and the team. A huge thank you from us all.

She really took her time with us, explained everything we needed to know, and considered our religious and cultural practices when arranging the funeral. We were able to contact her at any time with our enquiries and she was always available to help. Theresa's kindness and professionalism put us at ease and ensured we were in good hands; we were very fortunate to have her. The funeral service was simply beautiful. Sherren was our funeral director and she led it with such professionalism and compassion. They gave my father the most beautiful and dignified send off. We are deeply grateful for Gillman's service before and after the funeral, and were truly blessed to have Theresa's support. I highly recommend Gillman for a compassionate and dignified send off.

The whole day went smoothly, every one of them was genuinly sincere, thoughtful, respectful and professional. They created the perfect farewell for Mum.
