To you it may be your job but to us you went above and beyond to give our dad the send off he deserved. I cannot thank the team at Co-op Funeralcare ansty road enough for the kindness, compassion, and support they showed me during such a difficult time. From start to finish, they treated me with genuine care and respect, making everything feel much less overwhelming. A special thank you to Paula who went above and beyond, who supported me more than words can express. She was understanding, patient, and always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and I will always be grateful for everything she did. One thing I will never forgot one of the hardest days going to capel of rest was my mums birthday and paula had placed a lovely card and flowers for gayna and family was such a beautiful thing to do. Melanie Webb and other members of the Ansty Road Heart of England Co-Op gave my Mum and I the most invaluable support over the last few weeks, just knowing Mel and the team were there every step of the way, accommodating every request we had, made giving my Dad the best send off worthwhile. Mel ensured we had the right celebrant for our service along with putting us on the right path for other elements of creating my Dads story! I was also very humbled that she was able to attend the service to watch it evolve as we had planned, it couldn’t have gone any better and I am so pleased with what we achieved. Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts.
