We cannot thank Heritage & Sons enough for the exceptional care and support they provided following the recent loss of our Mum. A special mention must go to Julie, who was outstanding from beginning to end. Her compassion, kindness, and professionalism helped guide us through an incredibly difficult time, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every member of the team we dealt with was genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure our Mum received the most beautiful and dignified farewell. Their warmth, understanding, and attention to detail made a challenging experience so much easier for our family. Having the Chapel of Rest conveniently located in the town centre was also a great comfort, allowing us to visit Mum easily whenever we wished. We are deeply grateful for everything Heritage & Sons did for us. Their service was exceptional in every respect, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and professional funeral directors.

Ben, Sue and their team were sensitive, efficient, kind and practical at the time of a previous death in 2018 and with installing a headstone in 2021, so we returned to them when needed in 2026 and they were still just as good. They do a difficult job well and explain everything clearly.

Heritage & sons were very helpful and professional, with all the planning that was needed for the funeral of our father. From the minute they came to collect our father till the day of the funeral they looked after him so well and made him look beautiful, they made us feel so welcome, and nothing was any trouble for them, from the first phone call till even after the funeral, we would highly recommend Heritage and Sons.
