Legacy Funeral Services were so amazing at a really hard time. They arranged everything for us. James was always calling to make sure we were OK and see if we needed anything. It made the whole thing so much calmer and easier. The cost was fab as well.

Simply the Best and most friendly compassionate team! No one can truly express how they will act and feel on the death of a beloved family member and on the loss of Dad we had all we needed at Legacy. James and the team we are beyond grateful and full of appreciation, the heartfelt thanks are simply not enough. The entire Legacy team were splendid and helped us through the heartbreaking times. Nothing was too much and offered so much going above and beyond any expectation and James was nothing short of exceptional. The Best! There are simply not enough words to truly express the depth of gratitude my family and I feel for everything James, Tony, and the entire Legacy team did for us. From the very first, heartbreaking phone call to the moment we said our final goodbye at my dad’s funeral, James was nothing short of extraordinary. Losing my dad had been the hardest thing me, my sister and mum have ever faced, and planning his funeral felt overwhelming, but James made what seemed impossible feel manageable. He guided us through every step of the process with such kindness, dignity, and warmth. His compassion and understanding was evident in everything he did, and he cared for my wonderful dad, and all of us, with a level of respect and heart that words can barely capture. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no question ever too small, James was there for us at every turn, offering steady guidance, support, and understanding. His professionalism was second to none, yet it was his genuine humanity and empathy that made the most difference. Every single detail was handled with such care that it gave me and my family comfort during a time of unimaginable pain. We also received so many compliments from our friends and family after the service about how beautifully everything was handled and how exceptional James and his team are.. While no one ever wants to have to arrange a funeral, if that time comes, I could not recommend Legacy Funeral Services highly enough. I would honestly recommend them a thousand times over. Through Dad’s work we have had a lot of experience of undertakers and we can truly say James, Tony and the team are the best. We felt cared for and were given time at every step. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like we were the only family they were caring for. Dad was treated with the upmost respect at every point. They thought about and took care of every little detail, even the priest commented how good they were. There were numerous caring touches which were unique to our family that they put in, which made it so special and made it so memorable and as Dad would have wanted it. No one wants to have to think about an undertaker, but when you do have to, think about James and Tony at Legacy, they really are fantastic and will care for you, tour loved one and your family. We were recommended them by three other people and we know why, they are the best by far.
