Hollie was incredible from the very beginning and supportive right through to the very end. She was hands‑on, considerate, informative, and deeply empathetic. My dad would have loved her. She made sure he was cared for with dignity, and her messages brought me so much comfort, knowing he was safe and respected. She understood exactly what my brother and I needed from the funeral and was open‑minded about everything we suggested. Her warmth, her presence, and even her hugs made such a difference. I admire and respect Hollie so much, and I truly couldn’t have managed without her. She is a beautiful person and became the steady support I needed during the hardest time.
