It was a very sad occasion for me when my Godmother passed away. Cara from J Edwards showed professionalism and empathy throughout the whole process of organising the funeral making a distressing time alittle easier to bare. I cannot give praise enough for the way every aspect was explained, options that were available and most of all treating my Godmother with the respect she so deserved even in death. My thanks also go to the drivers on the day Lee and Terry who were exceptionally well dressed, courteous and also very professional. Terry was especially kind and helpful by leading me quietly through what was a very emotional time. I must also say a special thank you to Janice Cubis who was recommended by J Edwards to take the service at the crematorium. After an initial meeting with Janice then some exchanges by email she prepared what was to be a perfect recollection from parts of my Godmothers life adding some needed light hearted moments. She spoke with a clear confidence to the congregation and you would have thought she had known her for a lifetime. If you find yourself in this very upsetting of times I cannot recommend this company strongly enough to help you prepare for your loved ones final journey My heartfelt thanks to all
