I recently found Moore's in Havant for my father's funeral having already visited and discounted 3 other such businesses. I particularly wanted to use an independent directors and from the moment I walked through the door Bonnie was exceptional. Her friendliness, professionalism and passion for the job shone through. She listened to what I wanted, explained all the various options and planned the perfect funeral for my dad, put together with my help a lovely order of service and introduced us to the celebrant Felix Muscat who took the service at The Oaks..She was also endlessly patient with my slightly dotty mum..
