Over the last 3.5 years, I’ve sadly had to organise funerals for both my parents. One in September 2022 and the last this month (January 2026). JB Hall have been fantastic from beginning to end. We spoke to Jen both times who guided us through the process. Such a lovely manner and gentle guidance at such a difficult time. On the day, things could not have gone better. Perfect throughout!

Our initial point of contact was Jen who was excellent, her understanding of my father’s life and character and the choices we needed to make were smoothly dealt with together with good communication and sensitivity all the way through. The celebrant Kathy and funeral team were also wonderful and again sensitive and allowed a smooth ceremony. We felt the whole ceremony which was attended by a small family group was intimate and personal and relaxed enough to make this a celebration of my father’s life. Funerals are difficult but they made this very precious. Thank you everyone.

I couldn't not leave a review. It was my responsibility to arrange my mum's funeral on behalf of the family, but I had no experience in doing so. Jo Wright was absolutely wonderful in every aspect, ensuring I knew everything, taking time and care over everything. Nothing was too much for her. A personal service that my family and I are truly grateful for. She was obviously meant to do this job!
