Barbara had a list of relevant and very helpful information at her fingertips, gently talked me through the whole process, making helpful suggestions, while supporting me in my own choices. All the branch members felt like a second family, supporting, comforting and reassuring me through the whole event , Barbara even made sure that I had a bottle of water before the cortege set off. This branch guided me through one of the saddest times in my life with such compassion and empathy, that I can't recommend them highly enough to prospective customers.

John Grays were amazing. In these awful precedent times they went above and beyond to help the passing of my dearly beloved mum that little bit easier. Compassion empathy and professionalism goes without saying. I dont know how as a family we would of given mum the send of she deserved without John Grays and their whole team. Regard and rate them and would highy recommend them. They not only do their job but counselling along with it and empathy goes along way when a beloved has passed on. Thank you so much John Grays.
