My mother was collected in the early hours from her care home. I visited her every day in the chapel of rest.I was always treated politely and with respect by all staff and kept up to date with all planning and potential problems from step family.All problems and arrangement's were managed well.Many thanks to John Grenfell and Sons for delivering a quality service at a very sad time.A big thank you to all the staff.Well recommended.
