"Ivan replied to all our questions very quickly, even when we sent emails in the evening and at the weekend. It really was a 24 hour service."
— Sue Booth (about Ivan)
"The care Ivan showed Mam and our family over the last few weeks was exceptional. Ivan was available to help whenever needed, nothing was too much trouble. A very difficult situation was made easier thanks to the kindness, professionalism and care shown."
— Ella Jones (about Ivan)
"The most important thing though was the genuine care they showed for our aunt. She was looked after with care and respect, just as she would have wanted."
— Sue Booth (about Ivan)
"He was always on hand to answer questions and never made me feel like anything was too much trouble even when I made the odd request of being present when the coffin was closed."
— Shelley Rutter (about Ivan)
"Ivan's choice of Celebrant was a beacon of light on a dark day. Would highly recommend Ivan and the Sandelands team for their care, understanding, compassion and communication."
— Andy Turner (about Ivan)
"My elderly parents died within two days of one another. As an only child this was devastating. Ivan instinctively knew what was needed. Everything was quietly and effectively organised taking the burden off me. He reassured me and made sure all my requests and wishes were granted."
— Pat Brady (about Ivan)
