In my darkest days when it was too difficult to say the words outloud, that my dad had passed, I was able to WhatsApp Lewis in the first instance for help,support and guidance.This man is amazing,he took care of everything in a genuine caring manner.From collecting dad from hospital,making him look so peaceful,to making sure his beloved Yellow & Green Norwich city colours were draped over him for his final journey..Even for a simple cremation we were able to place flowers and play music before he set off with dad and this meant so much to the family. Lewis is thoughtful,professional and provides service and care to such a standard that I would definitely recommend him highly to anyone, No explaining to multiple staff he really takes care of you personally.Forever grateful..Thank you Lewis & Family x

An outstanding service. Lewis handled everything so sensitively and professionally. All wishes were taken into account so well. We had a 'pure ceemation' and he still arrived in the hearse, went through the chapel. It was all so professional, respectful and very dignified. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

We recently used Lewis Cook for organising my sister’s funeral and I can honestly say that Lewis and his team carried this out perfectly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and he took us through the steps required in a sensitive and caring manner. It was particularly difficult to arrange as most of our family lived quite some distance away so we were all very grateful that the experience was made so smooth and easy. All costs were clearly provided and explained up front and coordination with a recommended local florist made arrangements much easier. I highly recommend Lewis Cook to anyone requiring his services.

I could write an essay about how exceptional Lewis services are! From the moment we contacted Lewis his service has been kind, understanding, his tone is gentle and warm which is just what you need when a loved one has passed. I actually cannot fully express how deeply I am in gratitude for his care of my mum after she passed. It calmed me knowing she was in such good hands. He provided the most perfect goodbye for her the day of her cremation and it would have been just what she wanted. I highly recommend Lewis's service.

After losing my dad early March Lewis took charge. His instructions were clear and is communication prompt. He guided us through an awful time, and made the process bearable. He arranged the service, crem, flowers, after venue, he liaised with all of them on our behalf. I left everything to Lewis and had total faith all would go well.
