What a wonderful experience. I had no idea what to expect at a Funeral Parlour. Caroline was a breath of fresh air. She quietly supported and guided me through the process. Every detail was explained. Meticulous planning was the order of the day. The literature was most helpful with a wealth of support from solicitors to funeral arrangements and plans. There was a high amount of information that Caroline was able to guide me through. Decisions were gratefully recorded and time was set aside to support our goal. Everything needed to be completed in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. The team were very professional, I felt my mother was looked after and protected in this environment. I would certainly recommend Lodge Brothers, they offer step by step help. I lovely the dedication page to honour and celebrate my dear mother’s life. 98 years young, she had a rich and exciting life.
