"Dominic, Penny and Victoria have exceeded themselves. They guided me and our family through the most horrific time, and gave my late husband respect and dignity. I can't thank Lodge Brothers enough for their help and support."
— Denise Haigh (about Dominic, Penny, Victoria)
"Penny was so professional yet she was such a caring and sympathetic person making sure all our needs were met. Through this sad time we never had to worry about a thing as it was taken care of at all stages of our grieving."
— yve birks (about Penny)
"The way that mum was looked after, the care and dignity, and the way they put themselves out so that my father in law could spend lasting precious moments with his beloved wife. No words can replace the loss of a loved one, but Lodge Brothers can hold their heads up high for making a sad time an easier journey for all of us."

The woman I spoke to was incompetent, rude and callous. They had already installed the stone without informing me. Fortunately someone from the council spoke to Lodge on my behalf and a guy called me back and agreed to do things properly.

Shambles from beginning to end one problem after another, what were they playing at, my grandma would have been so disappointed she deserved a nice funeral, a day of mourning and they had no respect for anything Absolutely won't be using them again that's for sure !!

Lodge brothers made the arrangement for my mums funeral. The time care and support received from them was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, and the service was perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

We lost our beloved Wife, mum and grandma back in February in Cyprus this year. We had to fly her back to the uk and this is where Penny at Lodge brothers took over, where mum was collected from Heathrow and everything was sorted out by Penny and her colleagues at the Ashford middx branch. Through this sad time we never had to worry about a thing as it was taken care of at all stages of our grieving. Penny was so professional yet she was such a caring and sympathetic person making sure all our needs were met. Her approach to each stage was taken care of, including all the stresses of organising a funeral . The way that mum was looked after the care and dignity, and the way they put themselves out so that our, my father in law could spend lasting precious moments with his beloved wife. We thank you all from the bottoms of our hearts for making such a sad time, easier for the whole of our family. No words can replaced the loss of a loved one, but Lodge brothers can hold their heads up high for making a sad time, an easier journey for all of us... and once again a big thank you to Penny for all her help. .....from the family Nicola.

It is with great sadness that I have had to use Lodge Brother's funeral Directors. Very sadly my husband Steven Haigh LOST his battle to CANCER. Dominic ,Penny and Victoria, have Exceeded themselves. They guided me, our family through the most horrific time. Gave my late husband respect and dignity, unlike St Peters Hospital. I can't thank Lodge Brorhers enough for their help and support. I would highly recommend them.
