"Bernice was absolutely amazing and always able to help and go at your pace. The attention to detail was so good. I am so grateful for all their kindness and help."
— Marcia Reeves (about Bernice)
"Bernice was very thorough, ticking absolutely every box, answering our questions and advising on every detail. She was very prompt and kept us in the picture at every stage."
— linda marlow (about Bernice)
"We were guided through the occasion like Royalty. We couldn't have wished for better. The funeral was colour themed and Lodge Brothers wore matching ties — exceptionally high standard delivered with compassion and dignity."
— linda marlow (about Bernice)
"The chapel of rest was a really private time for us, with the branch closed off for just our family. On the actual day the guys that were with us were patient, kind and so professional that I didn't have to think about anything other than saying goodbye to Dad."
— Aimee Cullen (about Shoba)
"My Dad passed unexpectedly, and I had never been to a funeral before, let alone organised one. I honestly couldn't have done it without Shoba. She helped me do things in a bite size manner so I wasn't too overwhelmed, yet still made sure to gently remind me of when things needed to be done by."
— Aimee Cullen (about Shoba)
"I felt sad leaving Dad, but knowing Shoba was looking after him made it a lot easier. I have a special place in my heart for Shoba, who I will never forget."
— Aimee Cullen (about Shoba)

An absolutely amazing Funeral ny Lodge Brothers, Isleworth for my Mother. Exceptionally high standard delivered with compassion and dignity which was observed by other Mourners. Bernice was very thorough (ticking absolutely every box) and answering our questions and advised on every detail. She was very prompt and kept us in 'the picture' at every stage. The Celebrant, Richard Leachman conducted a wonderful Service with empathy and dignity. The funeral was colour themed and Lodge Brothers wore matching ties.we were guided through the occasion like Royalty. Wcouldnt have wished for better and would so highly recommend. Thank you

My Dad passed unexpectidally, and I had never been to a funeral before, let alone organised one. I honestly couldn't have done it without Shoba. Even before I confirmed I was using Lodge Brothers, Shoba answered all my questions, and talked me through everything with great kindness and a genuine want to help. She even told me I could email her any questions even if dont end up using them. Shoba was swift at replying, really took the time to explain things and helped me do things in a bite size manner so I wasn't too overwhelmed, yet still made sure to gently remind me of when things needed to be done by. She was very accommodating when me, mum and family came to visit and the chapel of rest was a really private time for us, with the branch closed off for just our family. I felt sad leaving Dad, but knowing Shoba was looking after him made it alot easier. On the actually day everything ran smoothly and the guys that were with us were patient, kind and so professional that I didn't have to think about anything other than saying goodbye to Dad. I can not recommend lodge brothers highly enough, and have a special place in my heart for Shoba, who I will never forget. As horrible as having to organise a loved ones funeral is, I definetly think lodge brothers helped us say goodbye in a proffesional and caring environment. Aimee x
