"Daniel called me on a non working day to explain the process - just amazing humans. Outstanding service lead with dignity."
— Maria Henderson-Protsik (about Daniel)
"Our funeral and burial requests in line with our Orthodox traditions were not straightforward and they went out of their way to organise them, giving our Mum a truly special send off as per her wishes. I was moved to tears with how well cared for we were on the day."

I would not hesitate to give the Lodge Brothers in Northolt anything below 5 stars. After the passing of my Mum in Law right before Christmas, they were extremely attentive, caring and helpful and we are so immensely glad we chose to go with them. Our funeral and burial requests in line with our Orthodox traditions were not straightforward and they went out of their way to organise them, giving our Mum a truly special send off as per her wishes. From the undertakers who attended the house, to Angela in the branch, to Daniel who called me on a non working day to explain the process - all the way to the dressers and James and team on the day of the funeral. Just amazing humans. I was moved to tears with how well cared for we were in the day. Outstanding service lead with dignity. Please don’t hesitate to look elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Awful company - rude staff with a complete lack of compassion and sensitivity at the lowest point of your life. They didn’t even offer any condolences to my grandfather who just passed away a few days ago at Christmas. Woman on the phone kept telling me to look on the website about prices despite the fact I had specific questions that need answering. Very patronising but happy to try and take my grandads money though. DO NOT USE THEM
