Want to say a huge thank you to Dianne & everyone at Mears Family Funerals Catford for their help arranging my mum's funeral recently. She was always there if we needed help or advice on anything and was always happy to make the time to talk to us to answer any questions we had. Staff were very friendly, respectful and extremely professional and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the hearse driver and driver who drove us to and from the funeral were lovely and made us feel at ease considering the solemn occasion. The pall bearers were absolutely amazing and knew what they were doing. Ranged from mature men to young men. The mature men screamed experience and the younger generation showed the now and present. Carried my mothers coffin in to the crematorium with such respect and dignity. Was very impressed. Very professional and supportive considering the occasion. Would recommend Mears to anyone. 10 out of 10. Thank you for everything you've done and for giving mum such a lovely send off.

I have nothing but praise for Mears Family Funerals Catford, the branch manager Dianne was a dream to work with - very organised, proactive, accommodating and personable. The team and her gave mummy a very befitting send-off. Mum looked amazing, her coffin was beautiful, being able to view her twice before the send off was something I’ll never forget. The undertakers on the day were also amazing, people from all over the world that attended the funeral cannot stop talking about how pleased they were. Thank you guys so much
