Would just like to thank Gemma Kennedy for her true professionalism, dignity and from the heart experience. Gemma dealt with all our needs with our late mother in law, who had to be repatriated from overseas. Every step of the way, she was there for us, keeping the family up to date with everything. I can not thank her enough, I feel I have a friend for life, thank you, & on behalf of all the family who truly thought you did amazing, a true professional.

As a florist we deliver flowers to lots of funeral directors. The young woman I think her name was Gemma who I communicated With and met the morning we delivered the flowers was lovely. I was greeted and was also helped with the flowers and she Even helped with the set up. From start to finish she was so accommodating. The cleanliness as well was pristine and I’ve delivered lots of flowers over the years. I don’t really deliver as I have delivery drivers but they were delivering other funeral flowers. I had the pleasure of delivering these flowers. My customer was also impressed with the service they received . Highly recommended by me 😊👏👏👏

I cannot stress how thankful I am to Gemma and the team for how well they looked after my dad, and my family, at such a sad and stressful time. The service they provided was so personal and heartfelt. I've never experienced service like it, I would recommend Michael Kennedy to everyone
