Lucie at the Binfield branch was absolutely outstanding. The care, commitment and empathy was there throughout our entire journey. Our 19 year old son passed away, with Lucie's support and the team a lot of pressure was lifted from us. They were instrumental in every way and listened. My wife and I highly recommend them. We will be using them again.

From the initial call , the service provided was excellent. Lucie was professional, approachable, caring and super efficient, guiding us through the process and checking in with us regularly. Excellent service from start to finish. Very helpful and polite team. We had a few unusual requests but the whole team Made sure everything went to plan. We had a grave side service that was excellent as timing was key. The celebrant arranged by miles and daughters was amazing adding a few key touches that we didn't expect that made everything a bit more special.

We called Miles and Daughters, Binfield at 1:30am following the passing of my mother. They arrived 30 minutes later and were able to take the body away which was a great relief to us. Our contact was Charlotte who was able to deal with all our wishes and smooth everything through with the minimum of fuss. The day of the funeral went without a hitch , thanks to Mr Church who was exceptionally professional and caring and ensured everything went smoothly on the day. I would recommend Mikes and daughters without hesitation
