She listen to our requests and was able to act on them to ensure the funeral fully reflected the wishes of our father. On the day of the funeral every member of staff we met was exemplary. Having used Miles and Daughters previously, I had no hesitation in engaging them to assist us in arranging my father's funeral. On the day that he passed, two members of staff arrived exactly when they said they would, and respectfully transported my father to their funeral home. Irene Turner was our main point of contact at the Crowthorne branch and she made a difficult task as easy as she possibly could. She was in constant contact with us and answered all our queries promptly. Irene also had to liaise with the crematorium up in Yorkshire where my father wanted his ashes to be interred, and she ensured that everything was exactly as we wanted. The funeral service was perfect and we are extremely grateful to Irene for helping us to achieve this. We would not hesitate to recommend Miles and Daughters to anyone who requires their services.
