The level of service provided was excellent, the staff were patient, understanding and compassionate. Attention to detail was very good, easy to contact, lots of choice and options. Very professional but also personable.

Debbie at Richard Lloyd Funeral Directors was absolutely fab. It was such a difficult time (and was our first experience of arranging a funeral) and Debbie was kind, thoughtful and sensitive on how she managed us through the procedure.
