This all female team are an excellent choice as funeral directors. From the moment that they took my late mother into their care, they acted with great kindness, tact and professionalism, supporting our family through a very emotionally challenging time. We were especially impressed by the thoroughness of Debbie at the Woodley branch and the patient team who were alongside us on the day of my mother's funeral. Debbie from Richard Lloyd and Lisa from Miles & Daughter (combined company) were absolutely amazing throughout. Without Debbie guiding me, I would have struggled to get the funeral together but she is so knowledgeable that she made it super easy. She has the perfect character for this job and all I felt was kindness and help from her. Lisa was superb on the day and kept the service flowing perfectly. She was sympathetic and kind to all of us and made sure we were happy with all the arrangements. It was the perfect celebration of life and I’m so glad I chose Richard Lloyd. Thank you to the team on the day, including the horses. Please give them a carrot each!
