I recently found Moore's in Havant for my father's funeral having already visited and discounted 3 other such businesses. I particularly wanted to use an independent directors and from the moment I walked through the door Bonnie was exceptional. Her friendliness, professionalism and passion for the job shone through. She listened to what I wanted, explained all the various options and planned the perfect funeral for my dad, put together with my help a lovely order of service and introduced us to the celebrant Felix Muscat who took the service at The Oaks..She was also endlessly patient with my slightly dotty mum..Thank you so much Moore's and particularly Bonnie for making a difficult day memorable for all the right reasons..
