There is never a good time to lose a loved one, never mind in the run up to Xmas. The care and support shown by Mulhollands was a great source of comfort. From the first contact with Kerry, the support provided was first class in the organising of Mum's funeral. The care and empathy shown by Sam when we brought Mum home, including the setting up of an altar in Mum's home, really was a nice touch. The no request was too much response attitude from Mike on the day of the funeral was appreciated by my brothers and I, as we struggled to keep our emotions in check. We can't thank Mulhollands enough. I would highly recommend Mulhollands of Carrickfergus. Their professionalism was a great source of strength and support.

Mulhollands delivered an exceptional service to us when our lovely Mum passed away. From start to finish, the entire service could not be faulted. Leah, Kerry, Stephen and the entire team were extremely professional, supportive and helpful - nothing was a bother and every question and request received immediate attention. The care, consideration and compassion we received from the entire team at Mulholland was simply outstanding. Anything they could do to ease a tremendously difficult time was carried out with professionalism and empathy. Every interaction with my darling Mother was done with the utmost respect and courtesy and for that I am forever grateful. Yesterday, Colin ensured that the service and committal ran smoothly and on time despite there being such a huge number of mourners to greet. Mulholland Funeral Directors is a service provided when families are in deep grief and they do all they can to ease the burden and they do that brilliantly. I cannot thank them enough Sadly this is the second time in little over a year that we have had cause to review Mulhollands Funeral service. As before the kindness and compassion shown to my brother and I was exemplary and a relief. Kerry yet again made a difficult process personal and perfectly completed. We were completely confident that everything would be as we wished on the day and it was. The professionalism of the service provided is beyond reproach but when true human empathy and recognition of the distressed family feelings at this time is shown then I absolutely believe that Mulhollands should be recognised as the fourth emergency service. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and in particular Kerry. Samantha also showed my Dad tremendous dignity and respect at St Colmans and the cemetary. Our gratitude is boundless

We dealt with two staff in Mulhollands, initially Kerry and then mainly Francesca. The service provided was tailored to our needs and extremely helpful and professional. It was my first time organising a funeral and being my father I wanted it to be perfect. Every step of the process was personal and professional. We could not have wished for or received better service.
