Recently we employed NS Wibberley for my mother's funeral and they made the whole process so simple. We didn't know where to start but Nick and June made everything very clear and did a lot of things for us. Whenever we had questions they were quick to respond and made us feel very comfortable. I recently lost my dear wife and had to find funeral directors to organise everything. I intended to 'shop around' to get the best value for money, but soon as I entered the Catford branch, I knew deep down that this was the right place. Both June and Nick were very warm and supportive while they patiently helped me through the process and were very accommodating to my family's wishes. They worked with us to put it all together, without pressuring us in any way. In the end, the service, burial and reception went beautifully, without any hitches at all, due to their skill and care in organising the event. They are the perfect local business and I recommend them to anyone who needs a caring but efficient funeral service.

My first experience organising a funeral from scratch, I found them very accommodating, extremely friendly, showed genuine empathy and support. Even when we were running late getting back into the limousine from the service, they showed immense patience. June was ever so nice, very warm had the patience of Jobe coping with all the last minute changes I made. Nick was my hero for going over and beyond his duty to make sure I had the casket of my choice, which initially would not be accepted for cremation. I enjoyed the whole experience from the laying out ceremony in the Catford branch on Friday, to the church service on Saturday and finally the cremation service on Monday. Thank you to your entire team.
