This review is long overdue. OUTSTANDING experience with this company.My father passed away unexpectedly in July 2019. My brother lives in the Philippines and I live in the United States so it took us a couple of days to get home. Unfortunately my brother would only be able to stay in England for a week and we had to make all of the arrangements for our dad in a very short time. The day we both arrived we met with Chris at Neville's. My brother and I have never had to plan a funeral before and had no idea where to start. We had just lost the most important and dearest man in our lives and it was just a very difficult time. Chris is a warm, compassionate ultimate professional who quite simply took care of everything. He advised us that the process usually takes 3-4 weeks. After explaining our time constraints Chris had everything arranged within 5 days. This must have taken a herculean effort on his part. The service for our dad was absolutely beautiful. Not one detail was overlooked and the staff were remarkable. I am so impressed with Chris and cannot thank him enough for everything he did. We miss our dad every day but Neville's helped us say goodbye with grace and a lot of love.
