We knew we'd be in safe hands but there are no words to express our thanks to all the team for their support, knowledge and guidance, the whole process ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. From the minute I walked through the door at my first appointment to heading off to the wake, we were made to feel that our funeral was special; the attention to detail was outstanding and the flowers beautiful. All the staff at nevilles are exceptional .From reception to back of house .Maisie was my wifes organiser .Nothing was too much trouble for her and everything planned was perfection .Ive used nevilles before for other members of family ,and i wouldn't consider going anywhere else .Thanks to all the team you made a sad occasion outstanding .
