I cannot praise this amazing family business enough. From the moment Philip arrived to collect my beautiful Mum from her home to take her into their care, the professionalism I experienced was second to none. I was kept informed and supported every step of the way. Everyone who attended the funeral or watched via webcast said it was the most beautiful service they had ever seen. Chris Antell captured my Mum perfectly in his words to "Betty". Natalie designed the order of service perfectly, the extra little touches meant so much. I found comfort that I could visit Mum at the Verwood chapel of rest and I thank Nicky for caring for Mum while she was there.Your family were absolutely there for my family and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My older brother died recently and it was suggested by the care home that we contact this firm of funeral directors. We were so glad we took up the recommendation. They were absolutely wonderful. The person who looked after us was Anthony O'Hara and he was superb - compassionate, thoughtful, organised, all in a very sensitive, understated way. It seems strange to say it for a funeral but it was a pleasure to have him lead us through what we had to do. I can't thank him enough.
