My mum passed back in March. I called oaks funeral directors as the were nearest to mums home. I'm extremely happy I did! From start to finish they were amazing from putting a rose on her to follow her journey & presenting that rose back to us after everything was a special touch ( we have that rose on display still in its presentation box) a candle to burn if we feel the need also presented by oaks (unlit as a special moment we want to remember) that's what we still hold of our mum/dad's wife. Danielle & her husband Kayden showed their respect from picking mum up to the funeral day. Was lovely to see Daniel at mums funeral (he works at the crematorium) Daniels mum respected our sad day as we passed which we will always hold dearly in our hearts never will we forgetthat moment. Daniel herself is appsolutly an amazing caring person that takes it that extra mile! She made a jigsaw puzzle come together & run totally smoothly helped me 100% on my 1st knowledge of sorting a funeral day for a loved one. I have remained friends with Daniel as she is one in a million of genuinely loyal nice people you could ever meet. I know for sure I want to be in Danielle's hands when my time comes. Thank you millions always will respect you ❤️

Oaks took the most amazing care of our beloved cat, Jinx who passed away at an amazing 22 years old🖤 the chapel was BEAUTIFUL and so comforting in such a hard time. We selected 3 beautiful glass cats to be made with her ashes and they did not disappoint. I can’t thank Danni & the team enough for helping us through this super hard time. 1000% recommend xx

I lost my mum on Christmas Eve which was devastating. Danielle at Oaks was amazing - she was immediately comforting, compassionate, empathetic and reassuring - she took control of the whole situation and made herself available at all times. This young woman provided a sincere, personal and touching service from start to finish - I found the situation overwhelming and fearful but Danielle gave sound advice and support to help me make the right decisions in all stages of the funeral process. Danielle - again I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help and support during this difficult time in my life. You and your mum are brilliant. I would highly recommend Oaks Funeral Directors.

I recently used Oaks Funeral Directors and was really happy with the caring, professional and personal attention provided by Dannielle. There are difficult decisions to make about things you never want to have to decide upon, but Dannielle talks you through it all patiently and compassionately while remaining totally professional and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. You are made to feel like their only client with your needs and concerns a top priority. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dannielle and her small family team as an excellent choice for looking after you and your loved one at the most difficult of times. Thanks Dannielle.
