Absolutely shocking service. My mother passed away suddenly in June of this year. The man who came (one of 2) to my Mum's house was so uncompassionate and unprofessional. Even the police on scene asked him to leave and come back later for this reason. In addition to this, when he had finished putting my Mum's body on the stretcher, he actually clapped his hands together and said "Everyone happy then?" and immediately realized how ridiculous this sounded given the circumstances - but how did that even happen to have someone like that in this role? I sent a complaint letter, directly to PG Oxley, giving benefit of the doubt it was an "off" employee that didn't represent them well, and did not get a reply at all, which was even more disappointing. I hope no one else has to experience what we did.

Dear Phil and team On behalf of the Taylor family, thank you so much for your impeccable service during and leading up to the funeral of my Father In Law, Ronald Taylor. All reflected and commented upon how smooth, professional and respectful the service was conducted and we thank you very much for your help and sympathetic guidance during this trying and very difficult time for the family.
