Even though it saying Paul capper DONT worry it’s not him ! they gave my mother - in - law the send off that she deserved they are very friendly and always on the end of the phone to help you with any questions that you need answered

Due to the nature of the substantial issues we had with Paul Capper I have decided not to list them in a public forum as they are private and upsetting. These grievances have since been raised with the funeral directors and suggested a donation to a charity would be appreciated in the circumstances. On the 24th June they said a donation had been made but over a month on we are still waiting of proof - which they said they would provide us.

The whole team at Paul Capper funeral directors have been brilliant throughout the process. My husband died suddenly and unexpectedly Sam and Tracy collected him and Lisa Wicks was our funeral arranger. She has been so caring, helpful and kind throughout, guiding me through the arrangements, using her experience and expertise in the most supportive way. The team on the day of the funeral led by Neil were great, again guiding me through the day. The team included Tracy, Tim and Jo. I would recommend Paul Cappers to anyone as they give a personal service at the most difficult time with humanity and caring and being able to assess what is and isn’t appropriate for the family. I would not use any other funeral directors. Thank you Jo Francis xxx❤️
