Having to arrange a funeral for the first time was made so easy by Clare. We were really pleased with everything and Clare taking the time to keep in touch with us before and even after the funeral was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

From the first call with Michelle, the service was amazing. She made such a difficult time so much easier following the loss of my mum. She kept in touch every step of the way. The whole team at Payne & Sons were kind, courteous, professional and so much more. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

After my 13 year old son died from cancer we chose not to have a usual funeral. Michelle helped so much with this process and was absolutely amazing. As I was too upset to speak we communicated by email and these were answered quickly, which really helped me to cope. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. They are professional, caring and really go out of their way to help you through a traumatic experience. Thank you for everything.

One of the hardest things I've ever had to do was arranging my beloved dads funeral. And from that first contact telephone conversation with Michelle, i immediately knew i had come to the right place.I've never had to arrange a funeral before, but Michelle guided me through everything. The care, respect and love she showed to my father, myself and my family from the beginning was endless. I could not of asked for a better send off for my father, with Michelle who has a beautiful voice, singing his favourite song to complete a beautiful service. Thankyou for taking care of my father and giving him the send off he so rightly deserved, you are an amazing lady Michelle.xxx

I would not hesitate to recommend Payne & Sons, whose Hampden Park team made final arrangements for my father. Very professional service during a most difficult time, which was made even more challenging by the pandemic. They provided helpful and patient guidance at every stage of the process.
