Patient, Professional, Perfection. In such a daunting sad time I was greeted by the lovely Sienna who went above and beyond in explaining everything down to the fine little details to ensure that my mum had everything just how we wanted. On the day Lee was so patient and caring in going through what we wished for and ensuring that everything was perfect. The staff with Lee were so friendly and made the whole process much easier in a difficult time. I would highly recommend anyone to trust all at Payne & Sons with the job that they do. Thank you to all for making such a sad difficult time more manageable with ease.

Payne & Sons have arranged both my Mother and Father in Laws funerals and I can honestly say that their level of professionalism, their understanding and sensitivity to our needs were 100% met. All the staff were extremely helpful from beginning to end, they were smart, friendly and polite and they made what was two very sad occasions a lot more bearable, they took control, were informative and were extremely supportive to our family and friends. Both of the funerals needed to be arranged quite quickly, one of them being held on 23rd December which wasn’t an issue for them, they reacted to all our family’s requests and nothing was to much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Payne & Sons funeral directors for the amazing job that the do. Regards Russ & Zoe

I would love to write this review for Payne and Son , especially Sienna who went out of her way to help us through a very difficult time recently. My mum needed repatriation from north Wales and this was no problem for their team at all. They liased with their partners, G&M Goolds in Chester, who were also superb ! All correspondence had to be done over the phone and email as we live in north Wales. Sienna excelled in continual help with planning and reassurance all the way through. When I finally met her I wanted a hug not a handshake for the amount of care and help she had shown our mum and our family. Ian was the director on the day of my mums life celebration and I really felt comforted and reassured with his guidance. Thanks to all the team, this is the second time we have used them and they really do go out of their way to Support you. Thank you so much!! Deborah O'Brien

The family would like to thank Lee and the whole team for their support and guidance for Mrs Ada Heartfield Funeral. This is the second funeral they have arranged for us and you can not fault them in any way. Highly recommended and deserve a 5 star rating.
