From start to finish, they took care of my dad as if he was the most important person in the world – just as he was to us. During such a difficult time, their compassion, patience, and professionalism meant everything to our family. Chris walked us through every single step, explaining everything clearly and giving us the time and space we needed. He also helped us choose Gem to lead the funeral service, and she was absolutely perfect – caring, warm, and exactly what we needed on the day. When the day came, everything ran so smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The respect and care shown to us, and to our family, was truly amazing. We can’t thank Perry and Phillips enough for what they did for us. Chris and associates looked after my mom and myself with great professionalism and warmth from the very start. His knowledge and contacts are second to none making for a very easy process at a very emotional and difficult time.
