"They even took the time to use a shampoo for afro hair. Just one of so many examples of how every aspect was dealt with sensitivity, care, empathy and professionalism. The staff at Roland Brothers treated my Dad with the utmost respect, care and dignity right from when he passed away, through to the funeral planning to the actual burial. The team were absolutely amazing, and in particular Chelsey and Carly who were so patient, understanding, knowledgeable and very supportive. Dad’s funeral last week went smoothly and myself and the family were very happy with service we received. I would certainly recommend others to use their services, you will never regret your decision!

I cannot recommend Rowland Brothers highly enough. I should have left this review before now as my Mum passed away last December. From the moment I made the call to the office then had my first meeting with Sarah I just knew I was in the right place and knew my Mum would be treated with respect and dignity and her send of would be a special one and it was. I was able to help dress my Mum and style her hair. Before dressing she was washed and her hair washed - they even took the time to use a shampoo for afro hair. Just one of so many examples of how every aspect was dealt with sensitivity, care, empathy and professionalism and I will always be so grateful for this. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Rowland Brothers for the truly exceptional work you do.
