Rowland Brothers were recommended to us and I’m so glad they were. We used there Coulsdon branch and Judi who looked after us was so kind at what was a very emotional time having to arrange my dear mums funeral. Nothing was to much trouble and she guided us through what was needed and little suggestions to make it special. The recommendation of Karen as our celebrant was perfect.On the actual day of the funeral I received a phone call from the undertaker explaining what would be happening. The team were absolutely excellent and I highly recommend them. The service they provided was exceptional and I have absolutely no hesitation in saying how impressed both my father, sister and I were in how they carried out their duties for my late mother. I cannot fault the service provided by Rowland Brothers at Coulsdon, Judi and all involved were very compassionate, helpful and professional during the whole process of arranging my wife’s funeral. The funeral service on the day was exactly as my wife would have wanted, she could not have had a better send off. Thank you Judi for making the process less stressful.
