Hayley at Ruby Funeral, Lee on Solent, was exceptional. Her compassion and empathy were evident throughout. She guided us calmly and sensitively through an incredibly difficult time while we arranged the cremation of my beloved Mum. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication was excellent from beginning to end. We felt truly privileged to have Hayley support and care for us during such a challenging period. They went over and above what we as a family thought they would do. Nothing was or is too much trouble. They keep you informed all the way through with either a phone call or email. If you were unsure about anything or a question needing answering or just needed to chat, you felt welcomed with open arms and a friendly smile. They have a nothing is impossible attitude and they helped us to make the day just that little but brighter with the beautiful bright red coats I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks. Also they have a lovely attitude that even once you have said your final farewell they are still there for you.

My husband Mark Smith passed away on February 6th. Ruby’s were recommended to me and I’m forever grateful! we saw Ruth the most she was looking after Mark and nothing was to much trouble for her she was amazing to me and my family making coffee for us all whilst arranging Marks next journey. We laughed and we cried and there Ruth was with tissues and more coffee. I would like to thank Ruth and the team on behalf of my family for their kindness and time through the most difficult time of our lives, Marks last journey was amazing Thank you Ruth and Ruby’s for everything you have done for us💗

Yesterday was my Mum's funeral and everything was so beautifully arranged by Ruby Funerals. Every step of the way they have provided such a personal service with such compassion.
