My parents passed away within a month of each other and from the first phone call everything was made simple and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble and all stages were clearly explained with guidance, suggestions and support when needed. We never felt rushed to make decisions about the funerals. Family members were able to spend plenty of time with mum and dad. The staff, Cathy in the branch office and the teams on the days of the funerals, were exceptional. Throughout the whole process we were treated with respect, compassion and kindness which made a very emotional time much easier to bear. Very many thanks to everyone.

Cathy, who represented the Coop Funeral service was kind, considerate and very professional in arranging the funeral needs and put my mind at rest at a stressful, sad time. In general, I feel the Coop is a great choice when when a funeral and related issues need to be organised.
