I can’t thank the staff at Medway Crematorium enough for everything they’ve done for us. We wanted to have some rings made with my dad’s ashes as a special keepsake 💔 When we first went to the office, we spoke with Andrew as we had a few questions. The reassurance he gave us meant so much, and he was incredibly patient and understanding during such a difficult time. We visited again and, with Andrew’s advice and guidance, we placed our orders. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, and today we collected our rings. We also met some other members of staff today who were just as kind and professional. The rings are absolutely stunning and we are so happy with them. Thank you all so much for your empathy, care and support, it truly means a lot!

At this very sad time I have been wanting a memorial for my dad . From the very first visit these people have been so ftiendly nothing was too much they have taken well good care of my every need . I couldn't have wished for a better comfort knowing I will get just what I wanted there quick response has been outstanding . I can't thank these lovely people enough. I finally will get somewhere I can go and be with my dad . You truly are amazing people ❤️ nothing was ever too much and they explained everything to me and helped me out where needed. This means the world to me and I know my dad would love what I have done for him . So thank you from the bottom of my broken heart. Your all amazing people .
