The C J Williams Funeral Service of Telford is based at Argyll House, Dawley Bank, Telford, and is part of a family-run funeral business with roots stretching back to 1880, when great, great grandfather Simeon Higginson Breeze founded the business. For over 150 years, the family has upheld the highest standards of care and service, a tradition continued today by Simon and Louise Williams, alongside their mother Carol and a dedicated team of experienced staff.
The Dawley Bank branch serves as the principal office for the company, which also operates from additional locations in Madeley and Shifnal. The business holds membership of Selected Independent Funeral Homes, a prestigious organisation recognising the finest funeral homes worldwide — an honour bestowed upon them in 2011. The team is highly trained and experienced, with many staff members having worked for the company since leaving school, reflecting the close-knit, family ethos at the heart of the service.
