All of the staff are lovely and kind. Their suggestions were very helpful and made a positive difference - gently nudging me in the right direction (as I had never organised a funeral before). They made this as easy an experience as possible under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

We didn't think we would be using moms pre pay plan within a year of buying it, but it was so nice to see the same staff at the branch to help us put the finishing touches to moms funeral. Clare was so down to earth and kind as were all of the team who I spoke to. Communication was excellent and I trusted them from day one. Everything went like clockwork on the day- even down to the weather and we will happily continue to use the COOP in the future.
