AVOID AVOID AVOID. My partner died, I dealt with coroners etc, chose coop rubery to collect her. Her family wanted to choose cremation details. I called to get the payment details and was told it no longer had anything to do with me. Still don't know where her ashes are. Despicable and disgusting behaviour and attitude from Rubery co op.
