Refusing to allow me to see my mother wbos passed away. Whole interaction with them was cold, no understanding or care shown at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Edit: you can keep trying to get the review removed, it wont work and just goes to show you know exactly what you've done

The staff at Co-op Funeral Home Solihull were extremely empathetic, supportive and professional. They displayed great care and understanding during the preparations for our Mothers funeral. They explained clearly what we needed to do and advised us accordingly. We were told what was required and the process during each step of the way. I could not recommend them highly enough.
